Our regular business hours (we are in California) are Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Pacific Time.
Always review the contents in your shopping cart before proceeding to the payment option page. Fabric Diva does sell different types of fabric and we encourage you to double check both the quantity and items ordered are accurate. Licensed products are for home use only.
Take extreme care when entering your credit/debit card number and 3 digit security code off the back of your card. Entering incorrect information MAY lead to multiple pending authorizations against your available credit or balance.
If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you by email. If we do not have a reply within 5 days, we will remove the item(s) in question from your order and ship the remaining items.
We ship using FedEx Smartpost and USPS; depending on destination. USPS shipping may be different from standard FedEx/Smartpost rates.
Paypal users: We ship to your confirmed address only.During checkout, you must continue to Paypal's website and log in to your Paypal account to send payment for your order. If no Paypal payment was received by FABRIC DIVA, your order will automatically be cancelled.
