Live in the Riverside area? WE OFFER FREE PICKUP SERVICE. Save on shipping by picking up your order at our warehouse. When checking out, in the special instructions box, type CALL FOR PICKUP. Checkout will automatically charge you shipping; and we will manually remove the shipping later. We will call you when your order is ready. Our pickup hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 1pm.

Fabric Diva ships to USA addresses only including Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and Puerto Rico. Most order ship by Fed Ex; although we may ship USPS/Fed Ex Smart Post depending on the delivery address. Fed Ex rates stated are for physical recognized addresses in the Continental US only. FedEx does not deliver to Rural Route, HC or County Rd addresses or other address where a box is present. It must be an actual building/structure.

Customers with AK,HI,APO,FPO,PR, PO Box. Rural Route, HC and CR, or other "box" addresses MUST SELECT USPS as the shipping method at checkout. Order may be assessed additional shipping charges as USPS shipping is calculated by dimensional weight. The USPS shipping charge reflected at checkout is an estimate only. Additional shipping may also be applicable to HC,RR,CR addresses in the Continental US; or an address with the word "box" as these may not be recognized as deliverable by Fed Ex. SORRY...WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

California residents are charged 7.75% sales tax. Delivery to an address outside California is not charged sales tax.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 4 full business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Orders placed on weekends are considered as Monday orders. Transit time will add an additional 1 - 9 business days. We make every effort to get your order processed as quickly as possible. During peak polar fleece season, (Oct-Feb) processing time may fluctuate dependent on volume of orders received. Fabric Diva cannot control transit time delays by Ground Carriers or the U.S. Post Office. (Fed Ex map transit time frames are approximate. Smart Post may require additional time.)

If you pay by Visa or MasterCard, we can ship to any residential/business Continental US address you choose. If you pay by Paypal we will ship to your confirmed Paypal address only. Submitting an order to Fabric Diva acknowledges all terms and conditions set forth on our website.

Fabric Diva offers occasional coupon discounts to our newsletter subscribers and/or on the home page of our website.
