Simply e-mail ( returns@fabricdiva.com ) for a return authorization number.
FabricDiva.com will only accept returns:
- If the product is in its original condition; uncut, unsewn & unwashed.
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- With a valid return authorization number (RA) written on the OUTSIDE of the package.
- Special orders and package deals are not returnable.
- All returned orders must include the original (or copy) packing slip and be shipped postage prepaid.

Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned orders. Shipping/handling is non-refundable. We suggest you send your return with a USPS Delivery Confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost items.
