What's the minimum I can order? For fleece, our minimum is 1 yard or 1 panel. For cotton, flannel and specialty fleece, our minimum is ½ yard.

How wide are your fabrics? All fleece is 58" to 60" wide; Cotton 42" to 44" wide; flannel 42" to 44"; extra wide flannel 58" - 60" Width varies by manufacturer. we suggest you use the smaller number when calculating yardage needed. (ex. 58" for fleece .. 42" for cotton/flannel)

How much is shipping & how long before I get my order? Shipping is determined by weight. Delivery timeframe depends on the method your order is shipped.(Click on the pink link) Shipping

Do I have to create a user ID and password to shop? No. Creating a user ID allows you to track your order's progress. You also don't need to retype your address, etc. if you shop with us again. Simply log in with your user ID and password when you shop again. We do not sell or share any information on our website. All credit card information is encrypted for your safety and your card number is NOT retained in our system.

I'm not sure what solid color fleece will look best with the print I am ordering. What color should I order? Fabric Diva offers a color match service. Read all about it by clicking on the FREE Color Match info link to the left under our store pages list.

Do you sell just fleece? No. We carry fleece, flannel and cotton. Check the item description. Be sure you are ordering FLEECE if you are making a no sew tie blanket.

Can I use quilting cotton or flannel to make a no sew tie blanket? We don't recommend it. Fleece is polyester and is 58 to 60" wide. Both other fabrics are 100% cotton and are not as wide as fleece. Cotton and flannel are only 42"-44" wide.

Do you ship to other countries? Not at this time. Fabric Diva only ships to US locations, its territories, APO and FPO only.

Do you have a retail store? Fabric Diva does not have a retail store. We ship all orders from our 5,000 square foot warehouse.

Can I order by phone? Fabric Diva accepts internet orders only. Our website online ordering system is easy to use, and we use a simple one page checkout to place an order. Our website is secure with your credit card information encrypted for your safety. Online ordering enables us to keep our prices low by not having to staff an order department.

Why is there a the tape measure or ruler in the picture? The ruler is to give you an idea of the scale (size) of the print. Most fleece prints are fairly large.

I'm looking for a fabric I don't see on your website. Do you accept special orders? Not at this time.

Can I order swatches? Not at this time.

How much fleece do I need to make a no sew tie blanket? 2 yards print for the front and 2 yards print or solid for the back. For taller people, some customers order 3 yards of each.

How can I pay for my order? We accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. If you are using Paypal, we can only ship to your CONFIRMED Paypal address.

How do I get a coupon? Fabric Diva sends a newsletter periodically which may include a discount coupon. Use the sign up box on our home page to add your name to our newsletter list.

How do I use a coupon? Enter the coupon code in the white box labeled "If you have a coupon code,enter it here" during checkout on the shopping cart page. Then press the blue recalculate button to apply the discount. Press the blue checkout button to continue to the next screen. This screen is where you will see the discount applied.

What if I forget use a coupon? The discount is forfeited. We are unable to apply the discount manually if you do not enter the coupon code prior to submitting your payment and completing your order.
